Sara Bjarland: Crumple, fail, faint, fall,

Sara Bjarland’s practice is focused on discarded inorganic and organic waste, along with objects that she finds in the city. In the exhibition Crumple, fail, faint, fall, she makes use of familiar objects that together generate an image of our time. Bjarland’s sculptures reflect on our culture, and in the gallery space she constructs a silent, almost lifeless landscape that exudes spiritual emptiness.
