Kaurilan Sauna Shop

Kaurilan Sauna shop is a charming sauna boutique founded in 2019, located in Munkkiniemi, Helsinki that supplies high-quality sauna products including hats, linen towels, sauna bench covers, handcrafted ladles and wooden pails as well as natural cosmetics, candles and Finnish artisan products. The shop is filled with treasures and inspiration for your summer cottage, home and sauna. Knowledgable, friendly sauna elves warmly welcome you to the store and are always ready to help.

The shop is the factory store for Kaurila Sauna natural cosmetics. Founder of Kaurila Sauna, Saara Kaivola, opened a lovely courtyard sauna to the public in 2009. The idea was to provide a place where everyone could relax and feel good regardless of gender, age, body type or other unimportant factors. Although the public sauna is no longer open, the Munkkiniemi boutique holds the warm essence of the traditional sauna spirit.

Now, Kaurila Sauna is one of the largest natural cosmetics manufacturers in Finland, all products are still developed by Saara and handmade by real people in Helsinki with the same passion as always.

In 2025, Saara opened a second, more compact boutique on the second floor of Hakaniemi Market Hall. Stocking the full range of Kaurila Sauna cosmetics as well as a selection of hats, bench covers, soaps and candles.
