Kaarina Helenius’s Art Exhibition / Ateljee Bar

Since the 50’s changing art exhibitions have been held almost as a tradition in the Ateljee Bar at the top of Hotel Torni. Now above the rooftops of Helsinki you can admire Kaarina Helenius’s art exhibition.

Here is the presentation of the artist:

“I am a 45-year-old woman and have worked in graphic design for about twenty years. From 2002 to 2006, I was employed full-time at an advertising agency with a monthly salary, and since the beginning of 2008, I have run my own design studio, KaaDesign. My field includes print advertising as well as web design and motion graphics. I create corporate identities, trade show materials, packaging design, event advertising, and various types of layout work such as customer magazines, brochures, books, etc. I design websites, banners, and animations. My workspace is located in Kruununhaka, in the creative community Das Båt.

I also have a studio in the old Lapinlahti hospital, where I paint with oils. I have been making art professionally for as long as I have worked in advertising. Art is my passion, which I also pursue in my free time by visiting exhibitions and similar activities. I have had several exhibitions in various parts of Finland. My art can be followed more closely on my Instagram.”

The exhibition is on display on the 12th floor of Ateljee Bar during the opening hours until the end of March 2024. Welcome to enjoy bubbles above the rooftops of Helsinki and admire the colorful paintings!
